Pete’s experience in the financial industry began with a mortgage firm where he increased their monthly business from $9 million to $60 million within one year. When he joined J.D. Mellberg Financial in 2012, it was during a pivotal time in the company’s growth, and Pete was charged with building the sales floor team, processes and systems with an emphasis on integrating with marketing. The congruent and streamlined client experience, on which J.D. Mellberg Financial prides itself, has been key in the firm’s continued growth. Pete’s responsibilities today are in building the national team of licensed agents and advisors – recruitment, development and fulfillment of ongoing educational materials, training and incentive events, and individual marketing collateral – all centered around Josh and J.D. Mellberg Financial’s core client-centric belief system.
